
Recipes based on iced coffee
Cold, chilled or hot coffee poured over ice cubes? No matter what you choose, you have a variety of recipes for desserts and refreshing and aromatic drinks. Here, below, are some of them:

Iced coffee with bananas, dates and cinnamon
Ingredients:
400 ml of milk
4 cups of cold coffee
4 ripe bananas
8 dates
100 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation:
put bananas, sugar, dates and milk in a blender;
homogenize the composition and pour the coffee;
put the mixture in tall glasses;
cinnamon press.
Panna Cotta Iced coffee recipe
Ingredients:
100 ml strong coffee
80 g of sugar
400 ml heavy cream
1 packet of gelatin
1 envelope of chocolate glaze
a few mint leaves
Method of preparation:
leave the gelatin in the cold coffee for 30 minutes;
put the coffee with gelatin in a bain-marie until it dissolves;
let the gelatin cool;
beat the cream with the sugar (be careful not to whip the cream);
then add the coffee with gelatin and homogenize;
prepare the chocolate glaze with cold water;
pour the glaze over the Panna Cotta;
put the Panna Cotta in the fridge for at least three hours and, before putting it on the table, decorate it with mint leaves.

Iced coffee chocolate mousse recipe
Chocolate and coffee mousse
Ingredients:
180 ml strong coffee/espresso (keep it cold)
250 g of chocolate
340 g of mascarpone
400 g heavy cream
4 spoons of powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
chop the chocolate and melt it (bain-marie);
beat the sugar with the mascarpone until you get a foam, which you mix with the cold melted chocolate and the coffee;
beat the cream until it turns into whipped cream;
incorporate the cream into the chocolate and coffee mixture;
pour the composition into 8 deep cups, tall glasses or jars;
for decoration, you can use: mint leaves, raspberries, blueberries, grated chocolate;
put the mousse in the fridge and eat it as such or you can use it for cakes and tarts.
Cold coffee with almond milk
Ingredients:
Almond milk:
750 ml of water
200 g raw almonds
sugar, honey or maple syrup
Coffee with almond milk:
50 ml strong coffee/espresso
300 ml of almond milk
Method of preparation:
Almond milk:
leave the almonds soaked in cold water for at least 48 hours;
wash the almonds after soaking and mix them with 750 ml of water, until homogenized;
put the composition in a cheesecloth on top of a kettle and squeeze it well, until all the milk comes out;
add sugar/honey or maple syrup, to taste;
put the milk in a bottle and leave it in the fridge for two days.
Coffee with almond milk:
You can opt for two options. Either put 50 ml of coffee in a 350 ml glass and pour cold almond milk over it, or make some milk cubes (it takes 3 hours to freeze) and pour hot coffee over them.
