Potential benefits of the coffee diet

Although excessive amounts of caffeinated coffee can be harmful, caffeine intake of up to 400 mg per day - or about 4 cups (960 ml) of coffee - is generally considered safe.

Do not follow a strict diet, but adopt a healthy lifestyle

The coffee diet encourages you to drink at least 3 cups (720 ml) of coffee a day while limiting your calorie intake.

Although it may lead to short-term weight loss, it is not a healthy diet in the long term.

It can lead to weight gain and adverse effects of excessive caffeine consumption.

You may still enjoy the health benefits of coffee but stick to the safe limit of 4 cups (960 ml) per day or less.

Ingredients (6 servings)
½ cup ground coffee
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 cups of water
1 cup milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

    4 tbsp honey or maple syrup

3. Blend the mixture of coffee, cashews, and honey in a blender.
4. Froth the milk with a powerful handheld milk frother.
5. Add the delicious blended mixture of coffee, cashews, and honey to a mug.
6. Pour the frothed  milk over
